<br/><br/> Entrañable resulta hablar de justicia, cuando en tiempos de un conflicto actualmente continuo, se está ad portas de la finalización negociada del mismo, donde ante un eventual escenario de posconflicto, el Estado Colombiano debe reconocer y hacer efectiva, la necesidad de juzgar y sancionar crímenes graves perpetrados por los más altos dirigentes en el marco de una estructura jerárquica de poder, y para que de esta forma se materialice una verdadera garantía de justicia y paz.<br/>  ABSTRACT:<br/>It is endearing to talk about justice, when in times of an alleged and currently ongoing conflict, that is<br/>being negotiated to come to an end, where in a possible scenario of post-conflict, the Colombian State<br/>must recognize and enforce the need to prosecute and punish serious crimes perpetrated by the highest<br/>leaders in the context of a hierarchical power structure.
