ANODIZADOS Y PINTURAS & CIA, es una empresa dedicada a realizar el proceso de anodizado y de pintura de los perfiles de aluminio para su comercialización al por mayor para diferentes aplicaciones cotidianas. Uno de sus objetivos de calidad es actualizar permanentemente la tecnología en maquinaria y equipos, logrando entonces, una mejora continúa en sus procesos para así satisfacer las necesidades de cada cliente. Por lo anterior, se brinda la oportunidad de automatizar el sistema de control de temperatura recreando un prototipo de este, reconociendo las ventajas que presenta un proceso automatizado. Dicho sistema actualmente se realiza de forma manual mediante un operario encargado de encender una motobomba la cual hace circular agua a baja temperatura almacenada en una alberca a través de una tubería que rodea las tinas de ácidos para el proceso de anodizado, el operario debe regularmente medir la temperatura de las tinas para verificar que esta no se salga de los niveles óptimos de trabajo, apagar la motobomba cuando se llegue al rango mínimo y volver a encenderla cuando la temperatura aumente por encima del nivel máximo siendo este un método poco eficiente. Se busca entonces optimizar el funcionamiento de este sistema de control de temperatura y así aumentar el nivel de producción, disminuir el nivel de desperdicio y error en este proceso, además de reducir el tiempo de supervisión por parte de un operario. El proyecto consiste en la elaboración de un prototipo en el cual se controlara de manera automática la lectura de la temperatura y el encendido o apagado de la motobomba para la regulación de la temperatura de los ácidos de las tinas de anodizado. |

Abstract: ANODIZADOS Y PINTURAS & CIA are a dedicated company to make the process of hard anodizing and painting of the aluminum profiles for his commercialization to by greater for different daily applications. One of its objectives of quality is to update the technology in machinery permanently and equipment, obtaining then, an improvement continues in its processes thus to satisfy the necessities with each client. By the previous thing, the opportunity offers to automate the system of temperature control being recreated a prototype of this, recognizing the advantages that an automated process presents. This system at the moment is made of manual form by means of a worker in charge to ignite one refrigeration system which makes circulate water to low temperature stored in a pond through a pipe that surrounds the bathtubs by acids for the hard anodizing process, the worker must regularly measure the temperature of the bathtubs to verify that this does not leave the optimal levels of work, to extinguish refrigeration system, when it is arrived at the minimum rank and to return to ignite it when the temperature increases over the maximum level, being a this little efficient method. One looks for then to optimize the operation of this system of temperature control and thus to increase the level of production, to diminish the level of waste and error in this process, besides to reduce the time of supervision on the part of a worker. The project consists of the elaboration of a prototype in which we will control of automatic way the reading of the temperature and the ignition or extinguished of refrigeration system for the regulation of the temperature of acids of the bathtubs of hard anodizing. |
